Yoga: Flow, Breathe, Transform

"The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." - Lao Tzu

- Lao Tzu

This quote encourages taking the first step towards your goals, which aligns with the concept of personal growth and transformation.

||संस्कृत सुभाषितानि||

Meaning :

If a fire, a loan, or an enemy continues to exist even to a small extent, it will grow again and again; so do not let any one of it continue to exist even to a small extent.
